Not a trillion sinless angels.
Not a thousand miles of golden streets.
Not a million crowns under construction.
Not the angelic anthems of peace.
Nor the anthems of war.
Not perfection.
Not light.
No.
None of these things.
“The glory of Heaven is lifting up the fallen…”*
Loving the unlovely. Making people new.
Beautiful.
Perfect.
Thank you, Jesus…
“His glory is His children’s good,
His joy, His tender Fatherhood…”

To think that the glory of heaven is lifting up the fallen is amazing! It is beyond our finite comprehension. How could sinless beings find joy in helping sinners? Unselfishness is the only answer I can think of…

What a God…and to think that He would create that character within us.
The layout of this post is awesome. Very appealing to the right side of the brain. 🙂

What a wonderful, beautiful thought. It is truly more blessed to give than to receive. What a perfect example Heaven sets for us. I'm touched…and powerfully moved.
