I walked out of church with one line burning in my consciousness.
Of course there was a more elaborate contextual framework than I here have space to write. You just get it raw…
“The [early] church decided to compromise and accommodate.
The result was the dark ages.”
High price to pay.

I know what you mean! Yesterday was a "High Sabbath" for me too here at our little church. But in a sad sort of way (if you know what I mean)!!

Thanks Sean for sharing! I appreciate you and your family, love your music – infact was just watching a youtube "At the Crystal Sea" that you all did. I first met you all when you came to Oklahoma to do a family camp. It's a blessing to follow your family. Hopefully in the future we can get you all to come join us at an ARME Bible Camp. Blessings to you!

You're welcome, Melody! It's a blessing to find your little corner of the cyber world too. 🙂 May God show Himself strong in your ministry! We would love to share the blessings sometime. We will see what God has in mind. 🙂

I think the same holds true today. When we decide to compromise and accommodate instead of holding true to our convictions and to the teachings of the Bible, we enter a dark age of our own. Separation from the following of God's will has a high price that comes with it.
